With contributions from the Center for Disease Dynamics, Economics & Policy, this report presents an evidence-based, globally applicable tool - the Checklist for Hospital Antimicrobial Stewardship Programming (CHASP) -- to support health provider across resource levels to address AMR. CHASPs is designed to help hospitals assess whether their antimicrobial stewardship programs (ASPs) contain core essential elements for success.
This report offers comparative health system insight on twelve hospital stewardship programs and provides a summary of potential strategies for overcoming six common barriers.

This work provides a comparative view of information sources used for patient safety and its effectiveness when used across healthcare systems. The Scorecard covers multiple categories of patient safety information (e.g., administrative data) collected across care settings – from primary care, acute care, and mental health to additional care settings, such as social care. Using data submitted by LHSN members – combined with a review of the literature – the report that contains: a framework for reviewing patient safety information, results and ideas from all participating systems, and recommendations on actions to address information gaps.
